What type of materials do you use?

All thread Friendship Bracelets are made with polyester & cotton embroidery thread.

Macrame Bracelets are made with either nylon cord, wax cotton cord, or 100% cotton crochet thread.

Earrings are made with hypoallergenic Stainless Steel hooks/studs/huggies. The flatbacks are resin or polyresin.

All clasps are made from Stainless Steel.

Our crochet items are made of a variety of materials: from cotton, acrylic and polyester. Please read the description of the item to find out the materials used. 

Do we ship worldwide?

We currently ship to Canada, Australia, Asia, South America and Africa.

Shipping to the United States, have been temporarily suspended.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time is currently 3-14 business days, as most items are made to order. Depending which country you’re located, the delivery time will vary from 3 business days, to 2 weeks. Ready to ship items will dispatch in 1-3 business days.

Care instructions:

To ensure the longevity of you products, please avoid contact with water.

Clean earrings with alcohol.

If your thread bracelets get wet, please let them dry on a flat surface. If you crochet items get wet, please let them air dry flat.
