Where are we located?

KnotsByRae & JaeNRaeCrochet is located in Montreal (West Island) Quebec, Canada.

When will my order ship out?

Processing time is currently 3-14 business days, as most items are made to order.

Ready to ship items will dispatch in 1-3 business days.

Large orders will take a bit longer to ship out, 15-21 business days. You will be notified by email.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping estimates depend on the destination country. Delivery times can vary from 3 business days (local), to 2 weeks (international). 

The shipping estimates provided at checkout do not include processing times. For example, if a shipping speed says 10 business days, that means 10 business days from when the shipping carrier receives the package. It's just an estimate and not a guaranteed time frame.

Once your order is shipped, you should typically receive your package within these time frames:

Canada: 1-2 weeks 

USA: 1-2 weeks 

International: 1-3 weeks

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. It depends on the final weight of your package, the destination country, and the postage type you select. You can see the shipping total during checkout, before finalizing your order. 

For US orders, duties are paid at checkout.

For international countries outside of Canada/USA, please be aware that you may be responsible for customs, duties and taxes upon delivery, these are imposed by your country. I am not responsible for these additional charges. Please make sure to check your country's customs regulations before placing an order. I will not refund refused delivery postage, just the item(s). 

We are working on offering prepaid duties for EU & UK countries. Please check back for any updates, or sign up to our mailing list.

Orders within Canada with a subtotal of $75 CAD or more, qualify for free Canada Post Oversized Lettermail shipping. This excludes large items such as Crochet Plushies. They will ship via ChitChat. Canadian orders with a subtotal of $100 CAD or more are eligible for free tracked ChitChat shipping. 

USA orders with a subtotal of $150 CAD or more are qualified for free tracked shipping.

Can I track my order?

If you opted for tracked shipping, your shipping details are emailed to you in your shipping confirmation email. Orders shipped via Lettermail will not have tracking.

Returns/refunds/exchanges:

We do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges on customized products.

While we only offer returns, refunds, exchanges on certain items, we are committed in resolving any issues with your order. As a small business, we thrive in providing you with the best possible product and service. If there is a problem with your order, please reach us at knotsbyrae@outlook.com.

Orders eligible for return/refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund/return/exchange.
