We currently ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand & UK.

Returns/refunds/exchanges:

We do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges on customized products.

While we only offer returns, refunds, exchanges on certain items, we are committed in resolving any issues with your order. As a small business, we thrive in providing you with the best possible product and service. If there is a problem with your order, please reach us at knotsbyrae@outlook.com.

Orders eligible for return/refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund/return/exchange.

For international countries outside of Canada & USA, please be aware that you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

These are imposed by your country, I am not responsible for these additional charges. Please make sure to check your country's customs regulations before placing an order. 

I will not refund refused delivery postage, just the item(s) cost.

Returns/refunds/exchanges Policy

Undelivered:

If your package is lost or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact me and I will file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address:

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us, we will send you an email. You will have 2 options:

1. Repay the shipping cost to have the package re-delivered to the correct address.

2. I will refund you for your purchase, minus the original shipping cost. You will be refunded the cost of the items and taxes paid.

All thread Friendship Bracelets are made with polyester & cotton embroidery thread.

Macrame Bracelets are made with either nylon cord, hemp cord, wax cotton cord, or 100% cotton crochet thread.

Earrings are made with hypoallergenic Stainless Steel hooks/studs/huggies. The flatbacks are either resin, polyresin, plastic or metal.

All clasps, jump rings and chains are made from Stainless Steel.

The beads and charms used are made from a variety of materials such as plastic, resin, polyresin and metals.

Our crochet items are made from a variety of yarn such as cotton, acrylic and polyester.

Some crochet items have plastic safety eyes or felt embellishments.

Please read the description of the item to find out the materials used. 

As with all items, wear and tear is expected. To ensure the longevity of you products, please avoid contact with water.

Clean earrings with alcohol.

If your thread bracelets get wet, please let them air dry on a flat surface. Resting a book or any flat item on it, will help it dry straight.

If you want to wash your crochet item, we recommend spot cleaning with soap and warm water only. If you have to use a washing machine, place item in a pillowcase when washing. Let it air dry on a flat surface for a few days.
